This Licensing page explains what rights you receive when you engage Saivex for a project, and what rights Saivex retains over its own tools, code, and site content. Project-specific terms in a signed proposal or statement of work always take precedence over this general policy.

Once all invoices for a project are paid in full, you receive full ownership of the deliverables created specifically for that project.

• Custom code, designs, and content built exclusively for your project transfer to you on final payment
• You may use, modify, host, and distribute your deliverables without further licensing fees
• Before final payment, deliverables remain the property of Saivex and are licensed to you for review purposes only

Some of what goes into a project isn't unique to it — general-purpose code, internal tooling, and know-how we reuse across projects.

• Pre-existing frameworks, libraries, and proprietary internal tooling remain the property of Saivex
• General-purpose UI components and utilities developed independently of your project may be reused in future work
• Open-source packages used in your project remain governed by their own respective licenses

Unless you request otherwise in writing, Saivex retains the right to showcase completed work — including screenshots, descriptions, and outcomes — in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials.

• We will never share confidential business data, credentials, or non-public financial information in a case study
• You may request that specific details be omitted or generalized before publication
• You may request full removal of a case study at any time

The Saivex name, logo, and the original written content, design, and code of this website are the property of Saivex and may not be copied, reproduced, or reused without written permission.
